I searched for about an hour and to get a hotel with 10 double bed rooms for players was beyond difficult. But here it is:

Call and say you are with Putnam Storm lacrosse.
If we lose, cancel reservation by Thursday evening or you will be charged one night room fee.

I reserved the pool from 8-10pm and we will have our end of year party at 8. We will have pizza, snacks, desserts and drinks.

All player rooms will be paid for by Putnam Storm lacrosse with 2 players in each room and each will have their own bed. Room assignments to be announced.

I would go ahead and reserve if you are wanting to stay the night before. Let me know if you have questions.
