Team,

Coach Newman or I will be issuing you your hotel room card/key. We will not arrive until approximately 6:30 so plan accordingly as you will not have access to a room until then. The party will start promptly at 8pm in the pavilion area outside near the pool. We will need help carrying chairs from the pool area outside and then back in. Things to know:
1. The hot tub is closed. Don’t go in it.
2. No rough housing/wrestling in the pool. We don’t need injuries before the game.
3. No one other than your assigned roommate is allowed to sleep in your room. This is non-negotiable. If you have a friend, girlfriend, or significant other coming up, they will need to make their own sleeping arrangements. This is not the team’s responsibility and will not be tolerated.
4. Breakfast will be served until 10:00 am. It’s free so plan to get up and eat before that time.
5. You represent Putnam Lacrosse and your words and actions make a difference. Rise to this occasion, have fun, and enjoy every minute!
